A diversified real estate platform
Founded in Madrid in 2004, BAFRE Group has grown from a local real estate agency into a diversified platform spanning brokerage, development, investment and property management.
Established in 2012, BAFRE Capital & Residency supports international investors through carefully selected real estate opportunities in Spain, Latvia and Panama, combining investment, residency, property management and relocation services within a single platform.
Over the years, we have assisted more than 1,200 international investors and built a portfolio of more than 400 properties under management, delivering solutions backed by real assets, local expertise and direct market access.

BAFRE Founded in Madrid
BAFRE Group begins its journey as a residential real estate agency, serving local and international buyers in the Spanish market.
